HAMMER MILL AND GRAIN ROLLER

Brewery grain rolling machines generally have 2 or 4 rollers. Our RAD rolling machines are designed with efficiency, consistency and safety in mind. Each roller produces 40 to 60 lb/min and is recommended for breweries that produce 3 to 40 BBL. RAD also manufactures hammer mills which are the ideal size for operating in a distillery. Unlike traditional grain rolling machines, our hammer mills provide a final product that is the exact size desired .

HANDLING

We offer flexible and rigid screws, Chain-Disk systems and chain conveyors for your material handling solutions. The Chain-Disk Conveyor (also called disc conveyors or tubular chain conveyors) is the best method for grain handling in breweries .
